Michelle Lewis accused of thefts over several months from Menard's
Quincy police have arrested a woman who's accused of stealing over $100,000 from a local store where she works as a manager.
The woman's been identified as 34-year old Michelle Lewis, and police say she was arrested Wednesday. She's accused of taking over 100 thousand dollars from the Menard's on North 54th Street since January. Police say they were called Saturday about the thefts by Menard's corporate security. Police say their investigation continues.
Lewis is in the Adams County Jail, and is expected to have a bond hearing Thursday on one count of Theft over $100,000.
