Accused of molesting two girls in 2015

A Quincy man, facing child sex charges, has pleaded Not Guilty.

42 year old Johnathan Rajner entered that plea Tuesday morning at his arraignment in Adams County Circuit Court on two counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child under 13. Those are Class X charges, with a sentence of 6 to 30 years for each count. Quincy police say they were first called in January, to investigate what they called inappropriate contact with two juvenile girls under 13, that allegedly happened in April 2015.

Rajner is in the Adams County Jail on $200,000 bond, and is due to go on trial starting February 5th. Court records show Rajner was previously sentenced to 5 and a half years in prison for a 2005 conviction in Adams County for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
