Plan Commission will meet on making recommendation to City Council
The City of Quincy's announced that the Plan Commission will hold a public hearing later this month over the proposed Strategic Plan.
The Plan Commission announced Friday that it will hold a public hearing the night of January 23rd in the City Council Chambers over the plan. The agenda says that the Commission will consider making a recommendation to the City Council to incorporate the Strategic Plan as a part of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The plan's been in the works for over a year, and according to consultants who devised it, would cost over $100 million to fully implement.
The Plan Commission says that copies of the plan are available for public review at the Planning and Development office, on the third floor of the City Hall Annex at 706 Maine.
