Two day trial set for June 21-22
The man accused of robbing a Hannibal bank last August has had a delay in his case.
30 year old Jacob Wilson appeared Monday for a pre-trial hearing in St. Charles County court. His case is being heard there after a change of venue was granted in Marion County late last year. At that hearing, a request by his public defender for a continuance was granted. Wilson has already plead Not Guilty to one count of robbery. He’s accused of taking 13 thousand dollars from the RCSBank branch on Veterans Road during a robbery on August 3, 2015.
Wilson is in the Marion County Jail on 100 thousand dollars' bond. He'll next be in court June 13th for that pre-trial hearing, as well as a hearing on several motions filed by his defense. Wilson's trial is set for June 21st and 22nd.
