Logan Graham died Monday night in Blessing Hospital; ISP investigating
Authorities say a Liberty man is dead after a shooting Monday afternoon near Burton.
The Illinois State Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Logan Graham, who died late Monday at Blessing Hospital after being shot once in the abdomen. The Adams County Sheriff's Office says they were called just before 3 PM Monday, about a possible home invasion in progress near Burton. Deputies say they found the suspect, later identified as Graham, leaving the area in a vehicle. After a short chase, he drove back to the original address. That's when deputies found Graham with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. There's been no word yet on who shot Graham.
Court records show Graham was on 30 months supervised release after he pleaded Guilty in August 2017 to two counts of possessing child porn. He was also facing an aggravated assault charge, and was due in court next month.
