Joseph L Miller was wanted for Robbery, Aggravated Robbery

Quincy police have arrested a suspect in Monday's robbery of the McDonald's at 13th and Broadway.

Police announced early Thursday that they had arrested 29 year old Joseph Miller around 8:30 PM Wednesday night at a home in the 1400 block of North 4th. They announced earlier in the day that a warrant has been issued for Miller on charges of Aggravated Robbery and Robbery. Surveillance video in the restaurant helped officers ID Miller as their suspect. He's accused of implying he had a weapon, then taking money from a cash drawer Monday afternoon around 12:40 PM. Witnesses told police that a store employee chased after Miller, but that he got into a red mini-van behind the restaurant, which then drove off.

Miller is likely to have a bond hearing later Thursday morning in Adams County court.
