Illija Cucuk will partner with Roberto Stellino

A long-time Quincy restaurateur has brought in a new partner.

In a statement released Wednesday, Roberto Stellino, the owner and operator of Tiramisu restaurant, at 137 North 3rd St., says that he and Ilija Cucuk will be business partners. Stellino says the move was made so he will be able to spend more time with his family. Cucuk is from Montenegro, grew up working in his parent’s restaurant in Budva and Belgrade, and has lived and worked in Quincy for 18 years.

In the statement, Stellino says that "Cucuk's experience in restaurant business will be a great asset as we move forward with him as part of our management team."
